Trust at Study Systems
Trust is part of the system.
Education involves personal goals, important decisions, and information people reasonably expect us to handle with care. Our public commitments must match how our products actually work.
Our commitments
Our commitments
Clear business identity
We identify the legal business responsible for the site, provide direct customer-service contact details, and describe what each product or service includes before a purchase or engagement.
Data minimization
We aim to collect only the information needed for the stated purpose and retain it only as long as required for that purpose or legal obligations.
Secure payments
When payments are enabled, card details are collected and processed through Stripe-hosted or Stripe-provided payment components. Study Systems does not store full payment-card numbers on its servers.
Responsible academic support
Our products are designed to strengthen learning and decision-making. We do not endorse impersonation, exam-taking, fabricated work, or other academic misconduct.
Honest AI boundaries
We explain when a workflow is local, when a third-party service is involved, and what a customer should understand before sharing information.
Accessible experience
We design toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA and provide a direct way to report an access barrier.
Reporting
Use the relevant route on the contact page or email support@studysystems.co to report a privacy, security, or accessibility concern. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, transcripts, or other sensitive records. No response-time commitment is presented until the monitored workflow can support it.
