These Terms of Use govern access to StudySystems.co and any purchase or service that expressly incorporates them. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
About Study Systems

Eligibility
You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you use a service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization. Experiences for minors may require a parent, guardian, or institution to contract and consent.
Educational nature and institutional decisions
Study Systems provides educational tools, information, and support. We are not a college, university, accreditor, financial adviser, legal adviser, or guarantor of academic or career outcomes. Institutions and other third parties make their own decisions about admissions, credit, equivalency, requirements, graduation, licensing, and employment. You are responsible for verifying critical information with the relevant official source before acting.
Academic integrity
You may not use Study Systems services to impersonate another person, take an assessment for someone else, submit fabricated material, evade academic rules, or present work produced by another person or system as your own where prohibited. We may decline or stop work that appears to facilitate misconduct.
Purchases
Prices, currency, included items, delivery method, and any recurring terms are displayed before purchase. You authorize the stated charge when you submit payment. Taxes may apply. Refund and cancellation rights are described in the Refunds & Cancellations Policy and any product-specific terms.
User information and materials
You are responsible for ensuring information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You retain ownership of your original materials. You grant Study Systems a limited permission to use submitted materials only as needed to provide the requested service, operate securely, and meet legal obligations, subject to the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The site, brand assets, product materials, software, and original content are owned by Study Systems or its licensors and protected by applicable law. A purchase grants only the license expressly described with that product. Unless permitted in writing, you may not resell, publicly distribute, reproduce at scale, remove notices from, or create a competing product from Study Systems materials.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site; interfere with security; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy content at scale; use automated systems in a way that burdens the service; violate another person’s rights; or use a service unlawfully.
Third-party services
The site may link to or integrate third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. Study Systems is not responsible for third-party decisions, availability, or content except as required by law.
Service changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue site features. For a paid product or active engagement, material changes are handled according to the applicable purchase terms and law.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Counsel-approved language appropriate to the company’s actual jurisdiction, customer locations, and products is required before these terms become effective. The site does not attempt to waive non-waivable consumer rights through generic template language.
Governing law and disputes
Governing law, forum or arbitration terms, and consumer-rights carve-outs remain unresolved and require counsel approval. This draft is not presented as an effective agreement until that decision is configured.
